Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, with exclusive rates and services for the USA, UK and Gulf countries. See our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take?

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–4 business days. International orders generally arrive within 10–12 business days with standard delivery, depending on the destination country.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, on unused items in original condition with tags, subject to availability. Email us within 7 days of delivery and wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Custom and personalised items can't be returned. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours with photos. See our Return & Exchange Policy.

Can I order custom sizes or prints?

Yes. Anyone can place a custom order, not only businesses. See Custom Manufacturing.

Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, with no fixed MOQ. Bulk orders are on a pre-order basis. See Wholesale & Manufacturing.

Is the quilting done by hand?

We make both hand-quilted and machine-quilted products, listed separately.

How do I care for my products?

Hand wash separately or machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, and dry in the shade. Full details are on Materials & Care.

Can I see products before ordering?
